On July 2, 2002, the Office of Joint Chief of Staff released a photo showing one fleeing North’s war ship towing the other spewing out flame and smoke due to the damage caused by our firing. This photo was taken by Choo Sung-hoon (Chief petty officer second class), who was aboard the ship 365. He, using his personal camera, took this on June 29, 2002 at around 11 a.m., right after the Yellow Sea Engagement.
