“I don’t miss a single edition, there’s many useful information”. (Lee Nam-woo, CEO of Lee Capital Consultancy)

“The hidden behind stories of financial world are very useful in corporate management”. (Kim Hyo-joon, CEO of BMW-Korea)

The e-mail magazine ‘e-Noblians’ is receiving popularity. The magazine publishes stories covered at the scene by economy department of Dong-a Daily Newspaper, which are not printed in papers or not official in nature for CEOs and other economy world majorities.

The first issue was published in January 24th of current year and so far 44 issues were published. There are already many zealous readers who start their workday by reading ‘e-Noblians’ when they open their e-mails.

A senior manger of prominent corporate comments, “Its more outstanding in quality compare to other similar media” and “I often print out some related contents and pass around to fellow colleagues”

Also in stock market world, which is sensitive to high-class information, people mention contents of ‘e-Noblians’ in their own reports, journalists’ names included. There are cases of other news medias copying the contents with modification.

There is plenty of ‘the news behind the news’ in ‘e-Noblians’. It is also the hidden source of talks among the major figures of economy world.

Recently Park Yong-sung, the president of Chamber of Commerce, often gives praises of Ko Jae-il, CEO of Dong-il Construction Ltd, a minor construction company. Both of them have never met each other. Park has read about Ko, who changes construction design more than 400 times in order to build perfect apartments and emphasize a strict quality control. Park has read about Ko in the ‘e-Noblians’.

“Its memorable and there’s many good contents. I often mention its contents in my seminars”, said Lee Kum-ryoung, president of Korea Internet Association who is also renown as the ‘Digital new economy evangelist’.

The ‘e-Noblians’ covers difficult inside stories of many corporate and economic organizations, unknown personal affairs of economy world major figures and etc. in a liberal format. That is why they receive many sensitive reactions from subject companies.

An interested party in restructuring department of a prominent corporate says, “Whenever there is a story about our corporate, we receive stampede of queries from other corporate” and “ During our weekly conference we monitor contents of ‘e-Noblians’ and discuss our contingencies in response to queries”.

Sometimes the CEOs react directly. An interesting fact is that they are lenient to even slightly negative stories about them.

On March 28th issue, a story about ‘screwdriver’ skill and peculiar personal relationship skill of a CEO of a prominent corporate was published. This story, which was also partly mentioned in the Dong-a Daily Newspaper received protests from PR office of related corporate and others. However the CEO in question had personally called the journalist and thanked him for the story.

On May 9th issue, interview of Kwon Sung-moon, CEO of the KTB Network was published. The content was slightly subtle in nature to publish in the paper for the public. When it was published, Kwon commented that he was also a reader of ‘e-Noblians’ and said, “Thanks for mentioning in appropriate media”.

‘E-Noblians’ also covers stories of economic government organizations.

The stories of Jun Yun-chul, deputy premier and minister Finance and Economy became a popular topic of talks among government organizations. The stories were about Jun’s childhood adventure of catching a fox and his near dismissal from his government career.
