National Assembly was supposed to hold plenary session on 21st in order to question government on social and cultural field, however, ruling party and opposition party has been conflicting surrounding apologizing matter regarding Song Suk Chan`s speech, member of NMDP, as Grand National Party`s (GNP) members stopped him from delivering his speech 4 days ago.
Lee Man Sub, President of National assembly declared closing the session right after opening plenary session on 21st in the morning, saying, "ruling party and opposition party should promote normalization of NA as soon as possible as there are many bills pending at special session in February such as Prevention law for terrorism, election law and recommendation of members of Central Election Management committee, etc."
Lee Sang Su, floor leader of NMDP requested repeatedly public apology from GNP with regards to blocking of speech.
However, Lee Jae Oh, floor leader of GNP refused the request of apology and stated that if NMDP doesn`t attend NA, they will reinforce plenary session independently and will not attend other schedule of NA.
Thus NA might run round in circles for a long time.
