Students who belong to the National Education College Representative Conference is holding a rally to protest against the plan that allows the certified middle school teacher to transfer to the colleges of education in front of the National Assembly building at Yoido-Dong, Youngdeungpo-Gu, Seoul, on Nov. 8th, 2001.
