Kim Keun-Tae the supreme council member of the Millennium Democratic Party (MDP) proclaimed yesterday that if the Dongkyo-dong line is not dissolved, crisis of the party cannot be overcome and he would continue his struggle until the Dongkyo-dong line is dissolved.

Rep. Kim said at the press conference, ``The former supreme council member Kwon Noh-Gap`s statement that `to tell Dongkyo-dong line to dissolve is same thing as to tell the party to break up` is the very proof that the Dongkyo-dong line is controling the party.``

Alluding the Dongkyo-dong line to the `Hanahoi`, which was a private organization of the graduates of the military cadets among the military circle, Rep. Kim repeatedly called for the voluntary dissolution of the Dongkyo-dong line. This was the first time that Rep. Kim concretely contended the `Dongkyo-dong line` in an official setting.

However, as he was asked whether he demanded for the resignation of the former supreme council member Kwon Noh-Gap from the political circle, Rep. Kim said that ``it was not a matter about a particular individual`s resignation.``

Meanwhile, at the meeting with the reporters, Kwon Noh-Gap the former supreme council member denied the contention that he was involved in the process of the reshuffle of the government and the party this time, saying that ``that is an excessive speculation and is not true at all. Since I just came back from abroad, I did not know the situation.``

Referring to the Rep. Kim`s criticism of the reshuffle as the `feast of the Dongkyo-dong line`, Kwon refuted it saying that ``it is not the feast of Dongkyo-dong line, but the feast of the MDP. It is member`s duty to follow the direction of the party, and to argue the rights and wrongs of the party is not the way for the party.``
