Supreme Council member of the New Millennium Democratic Party Chung Dong-Young and the 12 members of the party`s young caucus held a meeting yesterday morning and reiterated, ``the reform plan of President Kim Dae-Jung, which is scheduled to be released on June 13, has to include the overall reformation plans for the national administration, including the reformulation of the human resource pools, which has been expected by the people.``

Since the demand of the young caucus exposed after the President`s emphasis on the arguments in the party and the orderly discussion, more controversies seem to be kindled.

Rep. Im Jong-Seok remarked that the most participating lawmakers agreed on that the demand for the human resource reformation is not a request of a few congresspersons but a demand of the people. He said, however, that they did not talked about the particular persons or boundaries of the human resource reformation.

Responding to the criticism on their way of posing the issues, ``it would be better to raise problems through the ways that the majority could accept and we think that, as people`s representatives, to discuss with people through the press is one of the possible ways,`` he explained. They are continuously to meet together and discuss the reformation plans and the measures to recover the people`s support.

The participant members include Reps. Shin Ki-Nam, Chun Jung-Bae, Choo Mi-Ae, Chung Dong-Chae, Kang Sang-Gu, Lee Chong-Kul, Lee Ho-Woong, Kim Tae-Hong, Choi Yong-Kyu, Chong Jang-Sun in addition to Rep. Chung Dong-Young and Rep. Im Jong-Seok.
