Lee Hoi-Chang stumps for candidate in Nonsan

Rep. Lee Hoi-Chang, president of the opposition Grand National Party (GNP), delivers a speech to support his party candidate in Nonsan, South Chungchong Province, Monday, three days ahead of the Apr. 26 by-election or reelection of the heads of basic autonomous bodies. Nonsan sees one of the fiercest battles in the election, as the GNP`s mayoral candidate vie with his counterpart nominated jointly by the ruling coalition of the Millennium Democratic Party and United Liberal Democrats.
