President visits western DMZ
President Kim Dae-Jung looks through a telescope at a section of the demilitarized zone (DMZ) where construction work to restore the Kyongui Line from to Seoul-Sinuiju in North Korea is taking place.
He was visiting Dora Observatory near the west part of the DMZ Thursday.
