Protest rally by foreign laborers

The ¡°joint committee for guaranteeing basic rights of foreign workers and ending discrimination,¡± a local civic group, held a rally at Tapgol Park Sunday in which it demanded the repeal of the foreigner study system and ratification of the UN immigration agreement. Monday is United Nations-designated International Immigrants Day.
