Samsung SDS, Samil Accounting join forces

Samsung SDS and Samil Accounting Corp. consummated an strategic tie-up on the 6th, agreeing to mutually cooperate in venture investment projects.

Joint evaluations will be made by both companies, with Samsung SDS responsible for IT consulting and Samil to provide financial and managerial consulting. They will also join forces in incubating and IPO consulting.
