A U.S. policewoman in charge of fighting prostitution visited Kim Kang-Ja, chief policewoman of Chongam Police Station in Seoul on Monday to exchange views on methods of terminating prostitution.

Lona Payne, chief of the Anoka County police exclusively dealing with sexual violence in the U.S. State of Minnesota, told Kim that she had read a story about Kim, who was endeavoring to terminate child prostitution in Korea. Payne said that she had visited Korea to exchange views with Kim about various social problems, including prostitution, as a fellow policewoman.

Payne, since she started her career, has been handling domestic and sexual violence as an expert in women¡¯s affairs. The Anoka Police Station is a specialized service that deals exclusively with sexual violence in Minnesota.
