Song Kang-Ho wins best actor award
``Joint Security Area (JSA)`` by director Park Chan-Uk received the best film award in the 38th Golden Bell Film Festival Wednesday. The movie was nominated in the largest number of categories at 12, and it was triumphant in four -- best film, actor, sound and arts.
